Instead of being one large dining hall, the hotel restaurant is divided into three smaller areas, where you get to enjoy an intimate dining ambience. Stylish wood decor, a crackling open fire and warm colours exude a feeling of tranquillity and lovely satisfaction.

The large windows provide an extensive view to the rugged Ötztal mountains and to the high Alpine meadows. The farmhouse snug made from genuine reclaimed wood takes the cosy ambience that bit further, tempting you not just to eat together but to stay there for a while together too.

Genuine taste and variety

Of course ambience is not everything, your palate has to sing too. A variety-packed blend of regional specialities and traditional fare, forays to discover international flavours, light treats and seductive desserts which meet the highest needs. Our guests, regular and new alike, are inspired time and again by what our team of chefs create.

To do this we use as much high-quality regional ingredients as we can and we really do emphasise a healthy environment, honest farming, short tranport routes and are not linked to any brands. Preparing food in a way that is natural and which is easy on resources are important too of course.
