Your tasks:

• Independently create and develop our menus for half-board and à la carte service
• Take responsibility for organizing and managing the entire kitchen brigade
• Ordering supplies, stock management, and monitoring food costs
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
• Work closely with the service team, reception, and other hotel departments
• Assist with staff scheduling and help maintain a motivated kitchen team
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the workplace

Your profile:

• Completed professional training as a chef and several years of work experience, ideally in a leadership position
• Creativity, passion for high-quality cuisine, and a strong sense for modern culinary trends and quality
• Experience in menu planning and costing
• Experience in à la carte cuisine
• C1 level German language skills
• Team-oriented approach and respectful interaction with colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
• Performance-based and attractive salary depending on qualifications and experience
