Payment and prices
Prices are quoted per person and day and/or for the corresponding length of stay; flat-rate all-inclusive packages include all the services indicated. Note that we cannot provide refunds for services not used. Bookings are confirmed by payment of a deposit of € 300 per room. Please pay by bank cheque or expenses-paid bank transfer to the account shown.
Prices per person and day including "Wiesental inclusive services", exclusive Ortstaxe (€ 1,50 per person / day from november 1st to april 30th and € 1,20 per person / day from may 1st to october 31st, children up to 14 years free).

Reductions for children
Reductions for children apply to nights spent in the same room as two full-paying adults, and are based on the current rate per day.
Up to 2 years of age - free
From 3 to 4 years of age - 70%
From 5 to 6 years of age - 50%
From 7 to 14 years of age - 30%

Means of payment

Arrival and departure
Your room is available for occupation from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Please notify us if you intend to arrive after 6 pm. Your room should be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Please note that you will be billed in full in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Room allocation
Please note that we can guarantee a category of room, but not a specific room number.

Cancellations
If you cancel a booking within 30 days of your agreed date of arrival, we will be entitled to bill you for 80% of the cost of the room for the period for which you have made the reservation. Bookings are made subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Sector.
