Gastronomy - People

Eating and drinking are part of a fond culture. With a great vision, our chef Manfred Sprangler, who has been since 2001 (with a brief interruption) in our company, charms our guests either with a simple dish or with a special gastronomy experience. Our multiple regular customers confirm the continuous high quality added and preparation.

Apropos preparation:
We are very creative and imaginative in the preparation of our dishes, and defiantly try different things... However, there are clear guidelines in the selection of our ingredients: We emphasize regionality. The largest part of our life and delicacies come from local companies. We purchase calf, cattle and lamb from local Ötztal farmers - ensuring freshness and healthy, strong natural properties.

Each season has its characteristics. Therefore, our vegetable offering also depends on the season! And yet another word about fat: Our body needs fat – however, only healthy fat. In the Wiesental we use only high-quality seed and vegetable oils, as well as the best Ötztal farmer butter.
