Our chef invents himself again and again, surprising everyday both our new visitors as well as our faithful regular customers. The philosophical approach of being able to offer as much as possible from our local production is particularly important. A healthy environment, honest agriculture, and short distances - all these quality criteria melt directly in your mouth.
