Offers + booking - Reservation conditions

Pre-payment & prices:

The prices are indicated per person, per day and/or for the corresponding duration of stay on the indicated weeks, including the aforementioned services, plus local tax (€1.50 per person, per day from January 11 – April 30, and  €1.20 per person, per day from May 1st – October 31). New Year surcharge: €55 per person. No refunds are given for unused services. The reservation will be binding when we receive a deposit of €200.00 per room via free-of-charges wire transfer in our bank account.

Children discount:

The children discount is valid for overnight accommodation in the parents’ bedroom with 2 full payers and refers to the current market prices. Children up to 2 years old free of charge, 3-4 years old 70%, 5-6 years old 50%, 7-14 years old 30%.

Check-in and check-out:

On the check-in day, rooms are available at 2:00 PM. If you plan to check-in after 6:00 PM, we ask you to inform us. On your check-out day, we ask you to leave the room by 11:00 AM.

Room category:

Please consider that we can only assure the room category, however not specific room numbers.

Cancellation conditions:

If you cancel a reservation within 30 days prior to your agreed upon check-in, we will charge you 80% of the room price in the extent of the agreed upon stay duration. In case of a late check-in and/or premature departure, the total amount will be charged.  The general Austrian hotel contractual conditions are considered as agreed upon.

Regarding travel insurance, we work with European travel insurance! More information at www.europaeische.at.
